Differences, criticisms and complaints in the workplace can quickly degenerate into strife if not properly handled and dealt with and for a Christian, it’s even more important that they are sorted on time to avoid any form of bitterness, hurt, anger or strife.
You cannot succeed with strife and when you’re in an environment where you don’t have peace, it’s difficult to thrive.
We must as a matter of utmost importance be very intentional in our dealings with all people, especially our co-workers and any one who we spend considerable time with. Everyone is important. People must be loved. And even when you don’t agree with them, you can disagree without fighting and/or making anyone feel foolish.
If the fire is turned on you, make up your mind to respond with love. It might not make sense but it makes faith and that is a heart God rewards. When you act in love, you open the door for God to defend you. If it becomes a battle, God becomes your Representative and He’s never lost a battle.
But first , you have a part to play and that part is to work at living in peace with everyone and loving them.
